I have to say this is my favourite time of year. Where we get to trim the tree, put out our decorations, Christmas baking, creating family traditions and last but not least the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping! My favourite is spending time with my husband and children! What is Christmas without family! In doing all of the above, we get into the Christmas spirit and give back to the community and think of others before ourselves. There is always someone out there that is in need. I wish this wasn’t true. But, unfortunately it is reality. It is too bad that as a society that we are not always this giving. I challenge all of you to Pay it Forward. Try to make a positive impact towards another on a daily basis. On that note the winner of Stacey Hanlon Photography’s Christmas Contest is: Rene Hoelscher
Although Rene Hoelscher was the winner of the contest she is unable to use it. Sorry for my delay in announcing this!
The winner with the most votes wins. The new winner is Aimee! Congrats! And I look forward to our time together!
Please contact me within 24 hours to claim your prize or the winner with the most votes wins!
I thank all of you that participated in this year’s Christmas Contest! I had so much fun reading all of the votes that came in! I even had tears from reading a few of them. Remember this holiday season to be thankful for what you have and to give to others! Enjoy the season and hold those precious to you that much closer and tell them that you love them!
“And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled ’till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn’t come from a store. What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”
― Dr. Seuss
Merry Christmas! xo
