All of us want to bring more of it into our lives. In today’s world, it is getting harder and harder. The reason is that so many other things are distracting us from our focus. It could be a fight with our partner, or a friend, a divorce, being abused etc. At one time or another, we all do this. Negative energy is contagious. We need to stop it so that we can move forward.

We need to step back and concentrate on ourselves. We need to bring back more of that positive energy.

 

1 - Being thankful for all that you have in your life. It is easy to take for granted the things in your life. Such as our health, bodies, friends and family even material items like our house.

 

2 – Taking the time to reconnect with nature once again. By spending time in nature it allows us to reconnect and be grounded. This can be a hike, taking a walk around the block, or the beach, gardening. We need to change our surroundings. Take a step back and really soak it in and take the time to really enjoy it. This is something that technology will never give us.

 

3 – Taking care of ourselves. This is one of the most important things we can ever do. We need to take the time to connect with our mind, body and spirit. Eating healthy will make you feel better and try to avoid processed foods and sugars. Exercising daily, this will give you a newfound surge of energy.

 

4 – Meditation doing this for 10 minutes a day we will live a more calm and centred life. We will be better able to care for the daily stresses of life.

 

5 – forgive – even when the other person has not said I’m sorry. It allows you the freedom and releases the negative energy that is held within you.

 

6 – do something for you. Take a class

 

All of these things will give you a greater sense of purpose and make you feel amazing and bring you more joy! It is time to make you a priority!
